Not in New York? Or can’t meet face to face? Some documents may be performed via Remote Online Notarization (“RON”). Using KBA and credential analysis on a secure platform, you can have documents remotely notarized online from the convenience of your own home.

    • Remote Online Notarization - $25.00 per Notarial Act, and $6.00 per Sworn Witness

    • Orange County-$25-$75-cash ($25-$77 if paying with card)

    • Sullivan County-$100-$150- cash ($104-$154 if paying by card)

    • Ulster County-$200-Cash ($205 if paying by card)

How should I prepare for a notary appointment?

  • Please review the entire document and ensure that it is completely filled out (no blanks) without signing.

  • Please do not sign any of the documents before the appointment.

  • The signer must be present, and proper identification is required and must be current (unexpired original state issued).

  • If you need witnesses, please ensure you have at least one. However; please look at the document before scheduling the appointment. The entire document is filled out (no blanks) without signing. The signer must be present.
